Will Grant BA (Hons)

Archaeologist

Will graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2022 with a degree in Archaeology, and has since primarily worked as a commercial field archaeologist.  

Prior to joining AOC in mid-2024, Will worked throughout the South of England, frequently on small to medium sized excavations. This included mitigation excavations, trench evaluations, and watching briefs, as well as post-excavation works including sample and data processing. Will also volunteered on an experimental archaeological project to construct an Iron-Age style roundhouse in Scotland.  

At AOC, Will is a fieldwork site assistant working on infrastructure and development projects, ranging from small residential developments to larger initiatives like wind farm expansions and underground cabling works.
