Lesley DavidsonLesley has worked in commercial archaeology since 2004 in Canada, Ireland, Palestine and the United Kingdom. She has worked as a field archaeologist, surveyor, illustrator and GIS specialist for Cataraqui Archaeological Research Associates, Eactra Archaeological Projects, Archaeology South-East and UCL prior to joining AOC Archaeology Group in 2013.  Using a variety of computer programs, including ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office, Lesley designs educational material and produces illustrations for both reports and publications.  She also has extensive survey experience collecting and analysing spatial data using survey grade GNSS and Total Station equipment including, Leica, Trimble, and Topcon equipment and software. Notable projects include large scale survey and illustration at Khirbat-al-Mafjar, Hishams Palace, Palestine, topographic survey and illustration of Stane Street Roman road, UK and site survey and integration into ArcGIS of a 30 hectare development site at Broadbridge Heath. She has also provided consultancy on heritage management with GIS for local authorities.
