Harry Francis Bsc
Harry graduated in 2017 with a BSc in Archaeology from the University of Leicester with a year abroad spent at the University of Bologna, Italy and joined AOC not long after. Prior to joining the company, Harry has worked on a number of interesting research projects, key among them is the Bamburgh Research Project looking at an Anglo-Saxon castle site, with whom he has worked with for the past 7 years.
Since joining AOC has worked on a variety of different archaeological sites, from the large scale roman excavation on the Grantham Bypass to stratified urban sites like India Buildings in Edinburgh. Harry has undertaken and written the reports for number of small watching briefs around Edinburgh. He has also worked on a number of large infrastructure projects in 2018 such as the Dualling of the A9 and the enabling works for HS2. Furthermore he has had the opportunity to work on the incredible Iron Age community projects of Black Loch of Myrton and Clachtoll Broch.
