Participate in an archaeological dig this summer – learn something new about the area, meet new people, learn new skills, have fun! It’s free to take part and no previous experience is required. Join us for as long as you like – a day, a week, a fortnight!
Continued excavations in the summer of 2011 will take place on the following dates:
Monday 1st – Saturday 7th August
Monday 8th – Sunday 14th August
Please note: no excavations on Sunday 8th of August.
These dates follow on from a hugely succcessful first phase of excavations that ran from Tuesday 26th April to Sunday 8th May. To see how we got on, please go to the Dig Diary.
