Travelling Exhibition

A small exhibition of the results of the project will be on display in visitors centres around the parish.

Education Programme

The Hidden Lives Project included a programme of school visits, field trips and the formation of a teachers' pack as an aid to teaching local archaeology in Assynt's schools. In May, archaeologists from Historic Assynt and AOC worked with teachers to introduce local school children to the range of archaeological sites found in the north west Highlands. The teachers' pack was based on the results of the archaeological survey, and designed to help teachers introduce school children to the archaeology around them.
